Dear Members,
On Friday, April 28, the bargaining teams for UBC and the Faculty Association reached an agreement for a new Collective Agreement for the period July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2025. Both the Faculty Association and the University worked hard over the past year to reach this mutually agreeable settlement.
We will be holding information sessions this week on Thursday, May 11th and Friday, May 12th from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. An Information Package containing the agreed-upon terms for the 2022-2025 Collective Agreement is now available on our website.

The online ratification vote will open on Monday, May 15 and will be open until 4:30 p.m. Monday, May 29th, 2023. Members will be receiving an email invitation with instructions on how to vote. You will be directed to the voting website and required to enter the password contained in your email invitation as well as your 7-digit UBC Employee ID number. Our electronic voting is conducted through third-party voting software to ensure that your vote is anonymous.
