UBC Faculty Association AGM

The UBCFA Annual General Meeting will be held to review the UBC Faculty Association’s 2022 audited financial statements, 2023 budget, and to receive the 2022 Annual Report. Please find the full agenda linked here: 2023 Annual General Meeting Agenda.

The meeting will be held via Zoom and is restricted to bargaining unit members. To ensure the integrity of the meeting and the privacy of participants, please RSVP to the Faculty Association so that we know to expect you. You will receive a link to the meeting on June 27th. We ask that you do not share this link with others.

The chat will be enabled for communication between the hosts and participants. If you have any concerns with your ability to participate in the discussions, please let us know and we will work with you to arrange a suitable accommodation. You may also email your question or comment to the Faculty Association for review after the meeting. Please note that emails will not form part of the official meeting minutes.

The BC Societies Act maintains that unless quorum is met, the Faculty Association must hold a subsequent meeting the following week to conduct the business of the Association. Quorum under our Constitution and Bylaws is currently 20 members.
